WEB World number one Novak Djokovic kept his French Open title defense and his hold on the no. 1 ranking alive on Tuesday, coming from two sets down to defeat Lorenzo Musetti 7-5, 6-7 (7-9), 6-8, 2-6, 6-3, 6-0 in a match that finished at 3 a.m. local time.
The victory was Djokovic's 257th Grand Slam match win, moving him past Federer for the most Grand Slam wins in the Open Era.
Djokovic will face Rafael Nadal in the semifinals, in a rematch of last year's final won by Nadal.
